E-commerce delivery terms

General information about the online store
E-commerce products are sold by HERMANDIA OY (VAT ID EU29149407). We sell products to adult individuals worldwide. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

How to order
Products are generally ordered via the Internet at www.hermandia.com via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email, the confirmation includes all relevant and individual information regarding the order.

Payment options

Products and their postage are paid when ordering. You can pay in the online store with the following payment methods:


Stripe is a safe and easy payment service. When you choose card payment as payment method in the checkout, Stripe will be the payment provider. The payment is handled directly on our website, and you will not be redirected to an external service. When you pay with card payment provided by Stripe, you accept Stripe’s terms of services, which can be found here.


PayPal is an international payment service provider, where money transfer is handled via email address. To transfer money with PayPal – you can create a PayPal account, and in your account connect your credit card which will be used for transfers. You can also transfer money as a guest, which does not require registration.

When you choose PayPal payment, you’ll automatically be directed to PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you are a new PayPal user, you can create an account and then confirm the payment.

Your order will progress into handling when the payment has been registered by us. When the payment is registered, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. If you return products from orders paid with PayPal, we’ll reimburse the amount to your PayPal account.

Delivery time

We ship products on weekdays. Delivery is initiated after a successful transaction and order collection. We deliver orders outside Finland primarily as air freight, depending on the customer’s selection.

Deviating delivery times are announced in the “Journal” section of the HERMANDIA homepage.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Delivery costs are included in the price of SÖÖR category products when shipping to Finland. In other cases, the delivery cost is reported at checkout. Shipping costs include shipping and packaging costs. We deliver orders as a package or letter, only the package can be tracked with a shipment ID. If delivery is desired as a “fragile” package, the payment for the package to be processed separately will be added to the delivery costs according to the current prices.

Exchange and return conditions

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.

According to the return, include the following information;

  • your order number, name, address and telephone number
  • your bank account number
  • a copy of Hermandia’s order confirmation

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
Problem situations during transport and for defective products must be reported immediately.

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to service@hermandia.fi

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.
HERMANDIA Oy treats all customer information completely confidentially.
HERMANDIA OY undertakes not to disclose customer information to any third parties except payment processors and delivery partners.
